Feature this flavor-packed chicken burger as a lunch or dinner special. With guacamole, roasted corn and jalapeño, queso fresco and Tajin aioli on a toasted sourdough bun—it's sure to be total hit! We recommend serving it with Junior Cut SIDEWINDERS™ fries.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw guacamole according to package instructions.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Tajin. Set aside chilled.
Step 3
Prepare corn and jalapeño blend according to package instructions. Hold warm. Cook chicken patties according to package instructions and hold warm. Toast buns.
Step 4
To assemble each burger, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of a bun. Top with chicken patty, 1 oz. guacamole, 1 oz. corn and jalapeño blend, and 1/4 oz. queso fresco. Spread 2 tsp. Tajin aioli on top half of bun and place on top.
Step 5
For each serving; prepare 6 oz. SIDEWINDERS™ Fries according to package instructions. Serve alongside burger.
