Simplot Conquest® Crispy Potato Strips	10 oz.
Italian bread		20 slices
Deli mustard		10 Tbsp.
Meats (corned beef, pastrami, roast beef, etc.), sliced	1.875 lbs.
Provolone cheese		20 slices
Cabbage slaw, dressed with oil and vinegar		2 1/2 cups
Globe tomatoes, sliced		20 slices

Preparation Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare Conquest® Crispy Potato Strips according to package instructions.

Step 2

Spread 1 Tbsp. mustard on bottom slice of bread. Stack 3 oz. of meat on top of mustard. Place two slices of cheese on top of meat. Stack 1 oz. potato strips on top of cheese. Pile 1/4 cup of slaw on top of potato strips. Place 2 tomato slices on top of slaw. Top with another piece of bread. Repeat process for other sandwiches.
