Shore-style fries have been a summer sales success for many restaurant operators across the country. Follow our recipe or develop your own seasoning mix of garlic powder and cracked pepper or add even more fresh appeal by sprinkling with minced garlic, butter and parsley.
Preparation Instructions:
For Garlic/Cracked Pepper Seasoned Shore-Style Fries; prepare fries according to package instructions. Toss mixture with hot fries and serve promptly.
For Garlic Butter Shore-Style Fries; prepare fries according to package instructions. Keep warm. Place butter into a small sauté pan on low and melt butter. Add garlic to melted butter and cook for approximately two minutes, do not brown. Remove from heat add chopped parsley. Toss mixture with hot fries and serve promptly.
