Almost everyone likes fried rice, and we think they'll enjoy this version too! Featuring crispy bacon, spicy kimchi, mushrooms, brown rice, topped off with a perfectly fried egg. This dish is sure to delight any time of day.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Add brown rice and mirepoix blend. Stir well. When hot, add kimchi and mushrooms. Stir constantly while continuing to cook. When mixture reaches 165°F, remove from heat and hold warm for service.
Step 2
For each portion, place 6 oz. fried rice on a serving dish. Top with a warm fried egg and garnish with green onion.
