Deli Sandwich with Prosciutto, Salami, Avocado and Chamoy Giardiniera

Make up a batch of Chamoy Giardiniera and pair it with charcuterie and cheese boards—or anywhere you want to add brightness and punch—like on this classic deli sandwich.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw peppers and onions and avocado halves. Prepare Antigua blend according to package instructions and cool.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the Antigua blend and peppers and onions. Add chamoy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and chili powder. Toss until all vegetables are evenly coated. Let the mixture marinate for 15–30 minutes for the flavors to meld together.
Step 3
Spread mayonnaise or mustard on one side of each bread slice. Layer the bottom slice with lettuce, tomato slices, and avocado slices. Add the prosciutto and salami slices evenly over the vegetables. Top with 2 Tbsp. of Chamoy Giardiniera for a tangy, spicy kick.
Step 4
Place the second slice of bread on top, pressing gently to hold the sandwich together.
*Optional: Serve with a side of hot, freshly made potato chips for a crunchy pairing.
