Thaw avocado according to package instructions. Prepare onions and corn according to package instructions.

Line two opposite corners of a large platter with the lettuce leaves. Fold the tortillas and arrange on the other two corners. Artfully arrange the corn, rice, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado slices, roasted onions, and sliced flank steak on the platter. Top the steak with the chimichurri sauce, and garnish with the cilantro and lime wedges.
