The ultimate classic burger—refined, perfectly prepared and served with crispy fries—just right for a casual lunch or dinner.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Thaw avocado according to package instructions. Cut each avocado half into slices, about 6 slices per half.
Step 2
Prepare hamburger patties to order. For each burger: layer bottom half of bun with lettuce, the cooked hamburger patty, 1/2 fl. oz. BBQ sauce, 2 slices of tomato, and 1 oz. avocado. Season with salt and cracked black pepper. Finish with top half of bun and serve with fries.
