Simplot Simple Goodness™ Brussels Sprouts wrapped with bacon and brushed with a tangy-sweet maple sauce, making them the perfect bite-sized appetizer or side.
Preparation Instructions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place frozen brussels sprouts in a bowl to start slacking while you prep other items. Cut bacon in half and set aside.
Step 2
Stir together vinegar and maple syrup in a pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Step 3
While sauce is simmering, wrap bacon slice around each brussels sprout and secure with a toothpick to prevent unrolling. Place on a lined half sheet pan.
Step 4
Bake for 13-15 minutes, remove from oven and brush with maple glaze. Return to oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until bacon is golden brown and crispy.
