With its hint of garlic and buttermilk base, this dressing is perfect for a classic American-style salad: chopped romaine lettuce, sliced roma tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, and topped with some diced Simplot Harvest Fresh™ Avocado Dices.

Mayonnaise	2 oz.
Buttermilk	8 fl. oz.
Onion, minced		1/2 tsp.
Garlic, minced		1/2 tsp.

Black pepper, freshly ground		1/4 tsp.

Step 1

Thaw avocado according to package instructions.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, whisk avocado pulp and mayonnaise together until smooth. Slowly whisk in the buttermilk until combined. Whisk in onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Adjust seasonings if necessary.
