FOOD SAFETY STATEMENT: COOK FROM FROZEN. THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE COOKED BEFORE CONSUMPTION.
Steamer
- 7 minutes
- 100°C
- Place frozen broccoli in a single layer onto a perforated tray and steam for 7 minutes or until tender.
Stove Top
- 3 minute
- 100°C
- Add 200g of frozen broccoli to boiling water and return to boil. Simmer for 3 minutes or until tender.
Microwave
- 3-3½ minutes
- High
- Place 200g of frozen broccoli into a microwave-safe dish, cover, and microwave on high for 3-3½ minutes.
