Gluten-friendly prawn pops on a bed of zesty whipped fetta.
Instructions:
1. Cook frozen I&J Prawn Pops following packet directions.
2. Add fetta, yoghurt and oil to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
3. Combine dill, lemon zest and pistachios. Spread whipped fetta on serving plate and top with prawn pops. Sprinkle with nut mix.
