A simple to prepare vegetarian curry enriched with chick peas.
Instructions:
1. Sauté frozen Edgell Onion, potatoes, curry powder, sugar, ginger and garlic.
2. Add Edgell Chick Peas, frozen Edgell Vegetables and Leggo’s Sauce. Bring to simmer.
3. Add coconut milk, bring to the heat then stir in spinach.
