Chick Pea and Chorizo Stew

A rich and flavourful chick pea, pancetta and chorizo stew served on creamy polenta.
Instructions:
1. Cook pancetta and chorizo. Remove and drain. Add frozen Edgell Onion and capsicum and cook until softened.
2. Return the pancetta and chorizo to the pan with garlic and oregano. Add potatoes, Edgell Chick Peas, wine, Leggo’s Sauce and stock.
3. Bring to the boil and simmer uncovered until thickened slightly. Garnish with parsley and serve with polenta.
