Crispy chips topped with rich, creamy butter chicken sauce, creating a deliciously indulgent fusion of flavours.

Ingredients:

2kg frozen Edgell®: Supa Crunch® 10mm Ultrafast Chips
200g frozen Edgell®: Chopped Onion
1.5kg diced chicken breast
750g butter chicken sauce
500g raita

Instructions:

1. Cook frozen Edgell Chips following packet directions.

2. Sauté frozen Edgell Onion. Add diced chicken and brown. Stir through sauce. Simmer until chicken is cooked and sauce has thickened.

3. Serve chips topped with butter chicken and raita.
